Es ist eines der kleinsten B\u00fcrgerhaus in Herrenberg, das als Besonderheit aller Wahrscheinlichkeit nach um 1635 aus umliegenden Gemeinden an diese Stelle transloziert wurde. Daraus resultiert ein Fachwerksbau mit unterschiedlichen Konstruktionsarten innerhalb einer Struktur. Das Erdgeschoss wurde beispielsweise noch um 1920 mit einer Betondecke und Stahltragwerk ver\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n<p>Die Erhaltung der \u00e4usseren Erscheinung und der traditionellen Raumaufteilung sowie die behutsame technische Modernisierung charakterisieren den Entwurf. Im Obergeschoss wird die Stube, urspr\u00fcnglich der einzigste beheizte Raum mit der Schlafkammer verbunden um hier einen zeitgem\u00e4ssen Wohn und Essbereich zu schaffen. Durch Wandscheiben bleibt die urspr\u00fcngliche Raumaufteilung aber ablesbar. Das bisher ungenutze Rauchdach wird ausgebaut um ein zus\u00e4tzliches Elternschlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss anzubieten. Der ehemalige Stall im Erdgeschoss wird in Absprache mit dem zust\u00e4ndigen Denkmalpfleger als Garage oder alternativ als B\u00fcro-\/Nutzfl\u00e4che vorgesehen. Hier steht insbesondere die Verbindung von Wohnen und Arbeiten unter einem Dach im Vordergrund.<\/p>\n<p>Die technische Ert\u00fcchtigung erfolgt mittels eines aufgebrachten D\u00e4mmputzs und einer Aufsparrend\u00e4mmung im Dach. Die Fenster sollen nach aussen erhalten bleiben und werden mit einem inneren zweiten Fl\u00fcgel\u00a0zu einem\u00a0modernem Kastenfenster verbunden.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_374\"
